What is the difference between regular and museum-grade glass?

Museum glass offers 99% UV protection and anti-reflective coating with near-invisibility. Regular glass provides basic protection. We recommend museum glass for valuable art or items in bright light.

Can you frame oversized artwork or posters?

Yes! We specialize in large-format framing up to 48×72 inches (and larger by request) for posters, maps, or fine art prints.

Do you use acid-free materials for archival framing?

Yes. All our mats, backing boards, and mounting are 100% acid-free and conservation-grade to prevent yellowing and damage over time.

Can I bring in my own frame to have something mounted?

Yes! We offer professional mounting, matting, and glass fitting for frames you already own. Bring or mail it in.

Do you offer framing for 3D objects like medals or baby shoes?

Yes—our shadow box framing service is perfect for 3D keepsakes with custom layouts, depth, and secure mounting.

Is it better to frame in-store or order online?

In-store is best for complex projects or color matching. Online is ideal for standard photos and posters using our upload & frame tool.

Do you provide hanging hardware and installation tips?

Every frame includes professional hanging hardware. We also provide wall placement guides and recommend anchors or gallery systems.

Can you match a frame I saw somewhere else?

Yes! Bring a photo or sample, and we’ll source or custom-build a matching moulding from over 2,000 in-store samples.
