Return and Refund Policy

Don't Love It? You're Free to Return It!

At Modern Memory Design Picture Frames, we are committed to providing high-quality products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Custom-Made Products: All custom picture frames, frames with art, or custom photo prints uploaded by customers are final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable. These products are uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.
  • Standard Picture Frames: Any standard listing picture frame (not custom-made) is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email contact@modernmemorydesign.com with your order number and details of your return request. Please wait for a response before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the correct return address and further instructions.
  3. Return Condition: The item must be in unused, original condition, including all packaging materials.
  4. Processing Time: After receiving your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days and process your refund within 12-24 hours of approval.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any original or return shipping costs will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@modernmemorydesign.com for a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared after processing, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank—there is often a processing period before refunds are visible.
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at contact@modernmemorydesign.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email contact@modernmemorydesign.com and send your item to:

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • If returning an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
