Shipping and taxes said $0.00; however, when UPS attempted delivery they wanted an additional $119.88 for “brokerage COD”. I refused to accept the parcel and sent it back.
Company has yet to respond to my email requesting a refund!!!

This company was prompt about filling/sending my order, a 12x18 piece of glass to replacement. It arrived 5 days later via USPS. It was packaged securely but before I even unwrapped the bubble wrap it was clear that it had been broken. I was able to bend the bubble wrap back and forth and could hear the broken glass moving inside of the bubble wrap. I immediately contacted the company first by the phone number listed on the website which was appears to be someone’s personal mobile number according to the voicemail but I left a detailed message anyway. I then sent an email explaining that my glass arrived damaged/broken/unusable. I received no response from either. I emailed and tried calling the listed number again….no response. I waited through the holiday weekend and sent another email (3rd) stating I’d be disputing the charges with my CC company if I didn’t receive a reply by the next business day. I did receive an email response. The only thing written from the company was “send pictures for insurance “. I carefully unwrapped the smashed glass and sent several pictures via my email response. I heard nothing more from this company so the next day I emailed them asking what their process for returns/refunds was? Again, no response! I called my CC company and am disputing the charges as this company doesn’t seem to want to work with me with replacing the glass or refunding the cost of the glass. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience with them.

That order has not been fulfilled and I have not received anything from the purchase made in March! Please provide me my refund!

I received my frame after I left town for a couple of weeks. When I returned and opened up the box the frame was broken. I have emailed them twice with no response.

This project could’ve really turned out well if the last person to design our frames paid attention to details. I selected a design that someone from their team created. I think her name is Nicole. She was able to create exactly what we were looking for. However, when they sent the final mock frame to me they changed certain details that were hard to see in the email from the photo quality. I questioned the background color and the guy made it seem like that color was matching our school logo. It was NOT! He also had the text underlined and the same size unlike the frame design I SELECTED! The black outline on the photos were missing, and one of the frames is scratched up and warped. I reached out about having them to reprint just the prints and haven’t heard anything back. If you read the reviews of this company on Facebook and Google. You would see that they have issues when it comes to craftsmanship and attention to details. The quality of our frames are low. I’m not the type of person that will harass companies about refunds, but I was hoping this company would call to understand my concerns. We paid over $300 for these frames plus expedited shipping. I didn’t even complain about the fact I paid for expedited but received the frames at a later date. I just wanted the frames to be exactly like I asked for. This was a lack of paying attention to details. I could’ve taken my business to a local UPS Store and got better quality and customer service. Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign can create these jersey images at The UPS Store. They will then print them using a Epson large format printer on canvas or nice photo paper. We chose Modern Memory because I thought they were creating something different of high quality. I can provide pictures to show the errors on the final product. Also the warped frame that was scratched on the plexiglass and the print itself. The least thing Modern Memory could’ve done was call me like I asked to discuss the matter. I wanted them to understand the discrepancies between what I selected and what they sent in the final mock up. No accountability at all. Then they said they would resend the damaged frame. It was never sent! What we wanted was the prints to be done correctly. We didn’t need more low quality frames. No one ever responded to our last email. Shame!!

Modern Memory came through with a beautiful jerseys for our seniors. Everything was as described. Staff was flexible with fonts, colors and logos. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Great product!

It was the perfect gift for my wife. It arrived in time. My sole misgiving is that the corner of the parcel was dented and inside there was a gap in the corner of the frame and in that corner the plexiglass was cracked.

The packaging in the front and back of the frame was very good, even outstanding. But the four corners would not withstand a drop if it lands squarely on a corner. Apparently that is what happened.

When ordering, it says “No returns” so I just took it “as is”. I’ll be looking for replacement plexiglass at Walmat or Home Depot.

Other than that, very satisfied.

It was a pleasure creating something custom that will last a lifetime !

We ordered 8 of these and all of them were amazing. Michael was helpful and responsive. He got us the mock up quickly and we received tracking information as soon as the items shipped. The players loved these! 20X30 was the perfect size, everything was as described. We will definitely be back next year!
